Inevitably, as you are planning your wedding, your friends and family will want in on the details: “What does your dress look like? What kind of cake will you have? What is your colour scheme?”
Describing a neutral colour scheme can be tricky without saying “beige”. If you say beige, you might be given some strange looks. And even if you clarify with, “Well, different shades of beige,” it won’t help.
So tell people you are going with neutral tones – shades of café au lait, mixed with velvety milk chocolate and pops of pale pink. Sounds better, right? Those phrases come across as rich and luxurious, which is exactly what this palette represents.
